The answer is 0...there are 0 thigh gap exercises. Just work out and keep healthy. If your body shape happens to allow for the "gap" then you'll see it as you lose fat.... ...if (like me) your body is not shaped that way then sorry girl nothings gonna slip through them thighs!!

Its relative. I've noticed that people tend to call people who weigh less than they do "skinny" Also it is a compliment if you call someone that's not actually skinny skinny... And it is an insult if you call someone that is skinny skinny... Public correctness sucks.

Because there are so many variables: How much you weigh, rest time, how strong you are already, amount of weight you are using, etc etc. There is pretty much no way to know how many calories you burn without a HRM. That being said: Just log it as Strength Training in "cardio" :)

I didn't see the no period for 5 months part. Go to the doctor immediately. Also eat maintenance until you figure out whats wrong with your body that you are not having periods. This really isn't something to mess around with if you want to have children some day.

You sound reeeeealy stressed out. Take a week off. Get your brain off your weight (especially since at your height/weight you don't "need" to lose any). Think about your goals and then start a more stress-free plan the following week. Maybe just dump those cardio programs and start weight training. It does not sound like…

I'm definitely not normal. But I guess its the reason I gained weight and now have to log my calories to keep it off, I eat for pleasure and I finish my food.....and if theres a 3rd, 4th or 5th cookie in sight I'll probably down that too :/
