I don't think there is any wrong way to do it as long as you are alway going towards the heart with your circular motions or flicking motions. Sorry if it seemed like I was correcting you I hope it didn't come across that way, I was just trying to point out that you wanted to go towards the heart to help the circulation.

I want to do Zumba!!! I just looked it up on youtube and it looks like SOOO much FUN!! Have any of you tried the DVDs? How are they compared to going to the actual class? I have a baby so it isn't always easy for me to go to a class, so I was thinking of getting the DVDs.
