so been there!! This is going to sound ridiculous-but....this way of thinking is what pushed me from nearly 200 lbs to 121 lbs. One day I decided to make good choices. Drank water or 0 calorie drinks-ate small portion lunch, small dinner, and tackled cleaning the house top to bottom....The next day-I thought i'll try that…

really great advice friends-thank you! I will try your tips and hopefully see results soon! I totally cheated at lunch and did a fried chicken salad, which is almost as bad as just fried chicken!!! but here's to hoping my resolve is better tomorrow!!!

Haha! Thanks guys!! Great support and great advice!!! I'm in South Carolina here too---my boss just asked if i wanted half his fried okra...um yes!!! no...wait NO!!!!
