Check out Jillian Michaels! I love her 30 day shred, buns and thighs, abs, everything!! Her DVD's only require a set of hand weights and they are usually about 1/2 hour. Also, they are super fun!!

I use it for the protein. It is for weight loss if you use it according to a program I believe. For me, it's just a quick and easy way to get protein and a meal in my busy life.

Try a sweet potato with some splenda brown sugar on it. It's so delicious and sweet potatoes are full of vitamins. I work 12 hours nights also. Do you have a kitchen at work? I bring sweet potatoes and bake them at work. I think you could microwave them also.
