I don't know what the shake at your gym is like but I've used pb2 to make a shake and it's good!! I use 6 oz soy or almond milk, 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein, plain greek yogurt, some vanilla extract, pb2, and 1/2 of a banana. I put coconut on top too and that makes it even better!!

Egg whites and a slice of american cheese on an english muffin is awesome!!! Also smoothies with vanilla protein powder, almond milk, frozen strawberries and blueberries, and ice (greek yogurt or quacker oats can be mixed in too)...yum! Bananas with natural peanut butter. Cottage cheese. There are a couple simple ideas.

I work 12's as well. 6pm-6am. I consider it the beginning of my day when I wake up and the end when I go to sleep. Everything I eat in between gets logged as the same day that I woke up on.
