FYI...if you make these, maybe plan on making them when you and your family/friends will eat them an hour or so afterwards. My daughter and I made them, and they were good when they were just about frozen, but the next day they were just chunks of ice. They didn't seem to thaw correctly. The yogurt thawed more quickly than the puree and the tops were still very hard and icy.

Healthy Dessert: 30-Calorie Frozen Yogurt Cupcakes
    Low-Calorie Ice Cream Cupcakes

    Ingredients

    9 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt
    8 strawberries
    Half a ripe banana
    1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips

    Directions

Place 12 mini silicone baking cups on the top of an ice cream tray or small wooden cutting board.
Fill each of the cups halfway with yogurt, using one six-ounce container.

Puree the strawberries and banana. Add a small spoonful to each cup, so no white is showing.
Add a dollop of yogurt to each cup using the last three ounces of yogurt. Sprinkle a few mini chocolate chips on top of each cup. Gently place the tray in the freezer for at least an hour.
Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw for 10 minutes before eating.
    Makes 12 servings.

Couldn't copy the nutritional info - sorry.

Made these this week. Didn't have any fresh strawberries, but had some "tropical mix" Dole frozen fruit (mango, peaches, strawberries) and it was deeelish. I made regular sized cupcakes instead of mini, so they're about 70 calories each but definitely hit the spot for a nice little treat.

A million thanks! I am totally making these! I am "off" sugar so I won't add the chips on top...but they look and sound great.

I am also not eating processed/refined/artificial sugar. Just and FYI...Watch out for the vanilla greek yogurt because most have sugar in them. Instead use plain greek yogurt and vanilla bean.
