So I'm in love with the low calorie burner chocolate PB shakes they sell at my gym by Shake This. Does anyone have a recipe for a shake made like this with pb2? And how do you incorporate the pb2 so it doesn't stick to the wall of the blender?

I don't have a recipe for you, but I put peanut butter in my smoothies all the time. I just put the liquid in first and make sure to drop the pb right in the middle. Never have a problem with it sticking to the sides.

I don't know what the shake at your gym is like but I've used pb2 to make a shake and it's good!! I use 6 oz soy or almond milk, 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein, plain greek yogurt, some vanilla extract, pb2, and 1/2 of a banana. I put coconut on top too and that makes it even better!!

as far as getting the PB2 incorporated without sticking, try making it into a "slurry" with warm water before adding it. If you get it to a gel-like consistancy or slightly thinner, when you blend it should mix better.
