No weight loss from running. I am a eating machine when I run. You do get nicely shaped legs from it. My weight loss came from eating at a calorie deficit, which I can't do when I am running. I would starve.

I am in mid Michigan. My home weather station had an overnight low of -18 with a windchill of -40. It is at -15 now, so it is warming up. The winds are supposed to move out today that will help. Maybe 40 by the weekend, bring it on.
