You could try eating a gluten free diet for 2 weeks and see if you feel better... If you have a problem with gluten, it probably won't take long to feel better. I would recommend during your test period, to leave out all those processed gluten free foods. There can be other things in these foods that are a trigger for you.…

I love my running skirts! they have fitted shorts under the skirt (sort of like compression shorts but not really). I used to have the "rub" issue and it is painful! And I agree with the recommendation for body glide if you can't find the right shorts!

I would ask at your grocery store if they have them... seems odd that they would have the other parts but no wings :noway: I deep fry my wings (no breading or coating of any kind) - then coat in buffalo sauce (I currently buy this, but need to work on creating my own recipe) - then throw them on the grill... I heard recently that the reason green tea can taste bitter is because the water is too hot. if it is only heated to 160 degrees, it should have a much more pleasant flavor... I'm going to give this a try because I like most tea, but can't seem to drink green!
