I'm fine with it. But half those people (me included) switch to "I wish I was skinnier"... but that isnt fat acceptance is it.

I'm not a runner but the sides of my thighs were KILLLER. At the beginning my trainer was like "your going to find some sharp pains" I thought he was kidding haah.

Crystal Light for sure. I hate the "taste" of water but I love juice. Also this might sound weird, but try cucumber water I was really skeptical at first, but its actually really good.
