95 is the lower range of healthy for your BMI. So your looking at anywhere between there and 122lbs Just stop when you feel comfortable to stop :) Use your own judgement and how you feel within your own body, it's not your doctor that's living in your body it is you :) x

Highest: 184lbs Current: 156lbs Goal Weight: 130-135lbs Once I get down to my goal weight I won't know how I feel, so I may go lower/higher depending on what I am like and how comfortable I feel when I get there!!

If he loves you, he will love you for you. Skinny or large :) It shouldn't change just because your size has :) If it's for your health and your babies health then that is a pretty good reason to get healthy! xx

Could be a range of things, torn muscle/tendon, knee bursa etc.. Go see a doctor if it is hurting and see what they say, for the painkillers if anything ;) lol!! Don't exercise with it, but still do your stretches especially around your knee, just to keep it moving :) x

I still eat chocolate.. It's something I will not give up, aha! Just in moderation though, but at TOTM moderation occasionally goes out the window.. Dark chocolate is lower in calories. I have on occasion double chocolate breakfast bar that was only 88cals??

I go on the elliptical currently for 65 mins 6 days a week. On my rest day Sunday I only do 30 mins (yes, yes I know, not really a rest day!!) I am doing the 200 sit up challenge 3x per week. Don't worry about it! Same thing with me! I scraned a packet of chocolate buttons last night.. I do NOT feel guilty though, and I am not going to make myself feel guilty! straight up answer... Unless drinking them back with vodka every once in a while counts.. then no, because I am never hungry enough to eat them back. Some people do, some people don't. Personal choice :happy: Do what you feel your body is telling you, if you're hungry, eat.

I won't.... haha! I think it's ridiculous people demand people eat more. Unless you are my doctor, nurse, or dietician, telling me I will die in 7 days, then sorry but your opinion means nothing to me :) We all go under our calorie goals some days, (I NEVER eat back my exercise calories), that's life! :)

Not an actual quote, but my friend is very motivating to me... Congratulating me and stuff when I reach my small goals of losing weight, I think for me that is better than any inspirational quote that can be found anywhere :) Plus people asking if I have lost weight.. cue big massive grin! haha!

Makes me feel good afterwards. Occasionally whilst doing it I am cursing the timer for not going fast enough, but once I have pushed myself and I am finished I feel pretty good!
