I did 72 minutes of cardio today including 32 minutes on elliptical and 40 minutes of walking for a total of 545 calories burned!!! P.S. Also burned some calories shoveling snow. Isn't tomorrow the first day of spring? You would never know it here in Wisconsin!!

Hi - I'm 53 and need to lose about 40 pounds. It DEFINITELY is harder to get it off the older I get - even though I am exercising and watching what I eat. Could use help and tips from those who are in the same boat.
