For anyone who has used these products, which would you recommend? i have been using a FitBit but it is on its last leg and I don't know whether to purchase another one or if a HRM would be a better choice. I most do cardio at the moment but will be getting into strength training in a few weeks. Thanks for any insight…

Hi all!! My sister is going to an informational meeting on Ideal Protein and I was wondering if anyone here had tried it and what they thought of it? Not sure it's such a good thing?
I was wondering what you all do when you have to get in the car and go somewhere - do you just leave your FitBit at home? Mine seems to count "steps" when I'm in the car as well as stairs. Help!
