  • bring your own food to a party, this is a good answer. and it's nice to bring food anyway! and that question, how important are those last 10 pounds, i'm going to repeat to myself regularly and see how i answer it at different times. right now, it's important!
  • moran1917 - that sounds like a plan though any time I am under calories, I am always hungry for real. and tuesday I was also over by 600 or so... aproc - so true, the downward spiral is what I'm fearing is looming because i was over Sat & Sunday too... But there are hints of being back on track this week so perhaps…
  • thanks for responding! what does L stand for? Lesson? next time. for sure. allow yourself to enjoy amazing food and somehow not overdo it because then the job turns to something else. maybe the motto "stop while you are having fun" will work in the situation next time. thank you. thank you!
  • this is answering all my questions i had about what i ended up eating and going way over. it wasn't the same situation but the tinges of guilt and wondering how to fix it. I like this NSV. learning from the full belly it's too full for next time.
