Have you tried changing the type of calories you're eating?? Like eating more lean meats vs. red meat? Or fruit and veggies instead of chips and cookies? (not that I know for sure if you eat that stuff, but, ya know) :) It might not be the number of calories, just the source of them. Good luck getting back on track!

try drinking water and eating veggies. AND don't beat yourself up if you go over every once in awhile. The important thing is that you're making healthy choices. Good luck, and enjoy! :)

I loved my Foreman so much that I wore 3 of them out!!! Butterflied chicken is wonderful and moist on there. Also, turkey burgers turn out great! The best part is that the grease or fat from the meat, is pulled away from the meat, so that it's not sitting in it. Grilled pineapple, zucchini and just about anything you can…

Try eating 5-6 small meals a day. Fruit, veggies, lean protein, and the biggest help of all, at least for me, is to drink water! LOTS of water. I read that 75% of the time when you think you're hungry you're actually just thirsty. Good luck and stick with it!! :)

protein helps the muscles rebound from working out, as well as satisfies hunger. A protein shake with some fruit mixed in would be a perfect refreshing after-workout meal.
