Motivation is my problem! We moved back to the states about a year ago, and I've been steadily gaining, so I've come back to mfp. It was good to me a few years ago, so I'm hoping it will be good to me again! Looking for others on the same road to help each other along.

i'm having a hard time getting all of my exercise in this week, but i'm doing good on my food intake, so i'm trying not to beat myself up. does anyone have a trick for hauling yourself out of bed at 4.30am to go to the gym?

Starting Weight - 280lb Starting Challenge Weight - 252.6lb Current Weight - 249.4lb Challenge Goal - 222lb Goal Weight - 175lb I'm feeling a little bummed that it's not more of a loss, but I'm feeling really strong (physically), so I'm trying to focus on that.

ok, i did my weigh in this morning when i finished the gym, and i'm at 250.2 - that's down 2.4 lbs. yippie!! everybody stay strong this weekend!!!

fantastic - i'm SO in!! today's weight is 252.6, so my goal is 232 - i'm willing to go the extra .6 :-)
