Yesterday was my perfect today. Today has been pretty good. I need to take the dog for a walk do I can my steps, but I already lifted. I prepped food for a busy week. I have parent teacher conferences this week so I have to go in early and stay late.

The past few days have been rough. No sleep and way too many carbs. I eat the veggies first but then still want the carbs- and I mean pretzel and chip carbs. I am going to try to take a nap, but I had a lot of coffee this morning to get through 2 soccer games. I want to walk the dog and meal prep today.
