Fitbit flex
I saw this a few weeks ago and the reviews look good. It tracks when you are asleep and it is water proof. I just saw on best buy, it comes out on the 28th. Has anyone else done any research on it? I think it looks nicer then the arm bands and it's suppose to be better then the jawbone and the Nike one.

Breakfast
How many of you eat breakfast within the first 30 minutes of waking up? I've heard that can really boost your metabolism. I work out first thing in the morning and have a hard time eating before I workout. I usually just drink a glass of water and cup of coffee then start my workout. After my workout I eat.
