Yes, we (hubby and I) generally have a protein, salad and veggie. If we've been low on calories for the day we may have vegetable higher in calories. Eating is a hobby for me and my husband. So, I have searched out lo-cal. snacks. Sugar free Jell-O, strawberries with angel food cake, 100 cal. popcorn. You can do it. Adjust your snacking to lo-cal would be my suggestion.
