Need meal ideas...

What do you typically eat for meals? For supper do you do a protein, a seperate salad, and then some veggies?

    Yes, we (hubby and I) generally have a protein, salad and veggie. If we've been low on calories for the day we may have vegetable higher in calories. Ex. microwave green bean casserole or additional fruit cup. During the Summer "cheap" fruit (cheap meaning low in calories) like strawberries. Hope this helps and know that a positive attitude when shedding pounds is the best way to go.

    Pastas, fish, more fish, greek yoghurt-muesli-blackberries, bread-egg, bananas - oh the list goes on.
