DouMc, I finished Supercharged a month or two ago and found all of S&P took a long time. Pretty much most of my workouts in S&P 1-3 were at least 60 minutes, if not more like 80 or 90 on average. I don't move particularly slowly but maybe I needed more rest or something? I don't really recall. I do know that I'm enjoying…

My OB always told me to continue what I had been doing pre-pregnancy as long as I felt okay, but that it wasn't a time to start anything new. I still lifted weights and modified as I went along.
