Beeps, ouch! Hope it went as well as can be expected :) Dna, I am just finishing S&P2 this week (should have finished last week but my son got strep throat so I couldn't make it to the gym as much) and for both 1&2 I did bicep curls and tricep extensions for Free Zone. I did them at the end of every workout. I have noticed…

Dietbet is a website that runs games you can pay to participate in, and lose weight for money. They do short one month jumpstart ones (lose 4% of your starting weight) and six month-long Transformer ones (lose 10% of your starting weight). I started Feb. 17 and mine ends Aug. 17. The Transformers are obviously a bigger pot…

Pmag, I hope you're okay. That sounds like such a struggle. Julie, amazing photo! Glad you had such a great trip. Sam, nice work on the DLs. I have determined, during the last few weeks on S&P2, that regular deadlifts are much better for me than RDL. They just feel better form-wise. I have gotten up to 8 proper push-ups…

4 days too. Longest I went since I started tracking here was three weeks or so.

I see so much of myself in your posts. You're definitely not alone, especially about honestly just enjoying eating. I am nodding along while I read your thoughts. You're doing great!

When I've been on a good streak, as well as I can be doing, I honestly get so exhausted. It really takes a lot out of me mentally and physically. I get it.

Thanks everyone. Today was a bad day again, for a few different reasons. I haven't worked out in two days which doesn't sound like much, but I try to only have one day off a week and never two in a row, and I can feel it dragging me down. It does so much for me mentally in addition to physically. I need to get to the gym…

Me: 9 Binge: 2 Days binge free: 0 Bah. Horrible night. And of course now I feel awful today. How can I be such a smart, logical human being yet do this to myself? :(
-
You can do it, LessIsMore! I am feeling similar today, probably because I am tired and solo with the kids (DH is out after work) so I know I'll be alone later tonight: prime binge time. We can do this though!

That actually doesn't make it sound any better. What is the rationale behind this?

Nice job making it through the day! Something does happen to me around that three week mark, almost like I miss it (which sounds insane) and feel like I can test myself. Whoever said it is often exhausting is right. When I am really fighting the urge to binge I get mentally and physically exhausted.

My longest streak has also been three weeks and I almost made it there again earlier this week, but last night was bad. I went way over cals today, no bingeing, but I still feel the same things you mentioned (sore tummy, headaches, like a hungover feeling) and it's awful. I will check back here tomorrow to see how you're…

Well, we have fallen off together! Totally binged today and, like you, I had just reached my lowest weight since I don't even know when, and I seemingly had no reason to binge. Ugh :( Me: 3 Binge: 1
