hard to tell calories burned without using an hrm depends on your weight. But walking at 4mph , i dont' think you would burn 330 calories, i burn that when i run at a 6mph pace. and yes they cost money($15-25 for a 5k) but you get a t-shirt and sometimes an award. They also provide water along the route and some sort of nourishment after. I usually judge whether I will return to a race by the t-shirt and the food at the end! Will Run for Food :laugh:

You should never be hungry, your body is telling you something, if you're hungry eat something healthy with protein. Are you eating your excercise calories? Also, what did you chose as your weight to lose each week, 1 or 2 lbs? Most people chose 2lbs, 1 is better to chose.

Looks like you eat alot of Tascosa Hot Sauce!! Wow, really 1/2 cup at a time??? also, looks like mfp has fiber listed for the hot sauce, 8g, this doesn't look right. Hot sauce doesn't usually contain fiber, this might be wrong in the food database.
