Quaker Oats breakfast cookies, i like the oatmeal and raisin. I hate eating breakfast too but these contain fiber and it's like eating a desert for breakfast. Warm them for 10 seconds in microwave,mmmmmmmmm. 170 calories, and easy to eat on my way to work.

I had a delicious calzone for lunch today, i knew it would be alot of calories turns out 840 and it was just cheese, green peppers, & onions, luckily i had water with it and then for dinner i only ate 300 calories. well i'm not full figure but i want to encourage you, i think you're doing great and getting out there is half the battle walk/run whatever, just get out there and start doing it.! Oh and also a great sports bra helps, there is a brand called Enell for full figures.( www.enell.com ) . Good Luck.

I ran 37 minutes this morning and plan to run again tonight if I over-indulge. How do you keep track of Holiday grazing calories???? Does anyone take a break from counting calories on a holiday? Now that I am aware of the calories i don't think i will be able to not be aware of each bite that goes in my mouth.

Building muscle is good but make sure to add some aerobic exercise in there too. Also, make sure you take your measurements to see if you are losing inches.

well that's what it says on my drivers license! Haven't changed my weight on it since I got it at 16. I'm 45 now and while I would love to weigh 125lbs again, my goal is 135(i'm 5'7)

Start at your own pace, don't worry about everyone elses pace, you will fall into your rhythm. If you need to walk, choose to walk up a hill and then run down the other side. Thanks for the shout out. I think knowing what goes in my mouth will help me think about it more and see what i can eliminate. I already know bread and french fries are my downfall, as well as eating lunch out during work. But when I see it in black and white it makes me more accountable. Here's to losing lb #6:drinker:
