Have a low cal yogurt for breakfast before work, and bring a snack to work to eat before lunch like an apple, or banana.

i'm 18. ive lost 17 pounds since september 5th. my calorie goal per day was set to 1200, i know thats low but i eat over around 200 calories at least 4 days a week, and I almost always eat back my exercise calories, Should I up my calories or stay the same because I've been losing? I just dont want to gain!

Thank you so much for posting! we have a very similar body type. i'm 5'8 and im just under 155 now and seeing your progress gives me hope! the difference between 145 and 135 is huge! you look great keep it up!

What I use to stop bloating, is Green Tea, and Vitamin water. :) Both Work Great!

i'm 5'9 and 154. i totally get what you mean, I compare myself to 'skinny girls', i just feel chunky. Between 140-135 is what i'd like to get down to, although the lower you get the harder it becomes to lose the weight.It just takes time. one day you'll wake up and notice the change and start to feel good about yourself…

I'm 5'9 and I started at 170, but people were telling me you don't to lose weight blahblahblah, its all about how you feel. im now at 154 and i'm still not comfortable in my own skin , my goal is to maintain between 140 and 135

okay! thanks so much! I didnt know whether to just skip dinner, or have it late. But i'm glad I did. I'm not going to make it a routine, but atleast if I have to I won't feel bad about it! :)

thats awesome!! i'm 168 right now and i want to lose 30 pounds. on the weight lose plan i'm on i should lose it by december, losing 2 pounds a week. why do you think it took you a bit longer, any tips?
