Hey, I just wanted to share a few pictures from my weight loss. I am 5'8.5 and I started out at 170 pounds. what should you do when your way over your sodium intake. Mines 2,500.. I've had 8,390. How will this affect my weight loss? The majority is from soya sauce. what should i do drink more water?

Losing or Lost 30 pounds!
Hey! My starting weight was 170. I'm currently at 157. My First goal weight is 140. I've lost my first 13 pounds, now comes the hard part. Any tips or anyone thats going along with me ! :)

Late Dinner?
Hey, I need your advice! so yesterday I had a normal breakfast at 8 and lunch at 11:30 . Then I had school from 1-4. After school, I went to work for 5- 9:30. I didnt end up eating dinner until after 9:30. Uh Oh. Is this really bad?
