NEED motivation.

Hi MFP,
I started my journey September 2012. Started off slow but I've managed to lose 35 pounds.
I'm 5'8.5 and I started off at 170. I'm now at 135 -132. I want tone and get down to around 127...but i'm having a hard time with binge eating. I work a lot more than I did when I started off and the stress of many things are getting to me. Lets just say I don't have to the time to work out as much as I did and plan for healthy meals. I really need encouragement and tips!

Also I'm 19 and tired of being the chubby girl. I'm not looking to be stick thin, but there is room for improvement.
