I only have 5lbs to lose. I need to lose it from my thighs and lower belly and maybe a little more from my arms.

Squats- 27 (average) Push ups- 14 (Level 2) I did do the knee pushup option though. It said if I could only do 1 or 2 regular ones to pick another form. Yep, I def need to more strength in my arms! :) Sit-ups -44 (Average) I'm excited for this challenge!

I have 3 kids so I can't ever get to the gym either. I say Jillian Michael's DVDs all the way! I've been doing the banish fat boost metabolism for 5 weeks and have had great results.

These are all the reasons why I prefer to work out to DVD's at home. LOL

I've never bought it but I used to think it was somewhat healthy from how it was advertised. Ha!
