My 3 day Shred results and pictures

I lost 8 pounds, 4 inches from my waist, 2 inches from my chest and 2 inches from my hips.
I did the first 2 levels 10 days straight and took 2 days off before I started level 3 and did it 10 days straight.

wow, pretty awesome results! I think I need to get 30DS back out and try it again. I have an injury at the moment and also vertigo, so I don't know how well I'll be able to do all the moves, but your progress certainly makes me want to try!0
