I'm giving Movember a try this year! Never been a fan of facial hair and I hate how itchy it gets but if I can raise a few bucks and it's for a good cause! <-- Profile Pic for day 12 update mobro.co/macattack99

Thanks Breedy I've been reading up on it and 4 minutes sounds great but the only thing that isn't clear is, is this to be done instead of other workout or on top of other workouts?

Thanks for both the comments about HIIT I think I'll try and incorporate that into my plan... Thanks heybales and sorry for the lack of details... I guess that's my problem I don't really know what I want... or what to aim for... I like to practice Kendo but that is more general endurance then any particular muscle…

I have tried that and it works great for some isolated work but trying to follow along in a prescribed video I find it hard to keep using the dumbbells... Maybe I'll give it another go, I do miss push-ups..

I disagree completely there is 100 reasons why you don't have to eat at a restaurant! You daughter love Japanese and you took her there because she loves it but you could hate it there's no reason in the world to order and pay for something you hate! That's like saying if you go to a bar you have to drink.... my 2 cents

RunKeeper offers all the same features as Garmin except you can only import 1 "session" at a time on RunKeeper vs Garmin will let you import all of the sessions at once. I like RunKeeper because it will link with Fitocracy, Earndit and a few other sites (I'm an addict) *Ok RunKeeper doesn't offer "All" the same features…

I've been doing a modified Leangains for about a month and I love it! My first meal isn't normally till between 12 and 2pm and it's done wonders compared to my normal "low carb" or "low cal" dieting!
