I slice my squash with onions and add a little salt & pepper, 1/2 cup water and saute it on the stove for about 30-45 min till tender. I constantly watch it so it doesn't burn and add more water if needed. I slice my zucchini with onions, salt, pepper and a can of tomatoes and saute it on the stove too till tender.

There is alot of "us" out there!! I am 5'1". Currently at 153 but at my highest I was 162. I've lost -9 since Jan 2nd. Its slow but my size has gone down from a 16 to a 12 so I'm very happy with that. I am 48 yo and I do see its harder to take off more than ever.
