  • ok so I know there is no magic pill or drink for sure. but I just started plexus which has this stuff in it. also using a calorie defecit to lose. I lost 8 lbs and 3 inches in 9 days. its not anything magic for sure it just curbs my appetite so that I can stick to my diet. if that's what u mean when u ask does it work then…
