You should've been honest with your family, they're the support you'll need through this. If you're not honest and speak your mind to them, you'll struggle and fall back into old patterns and ways. Hell yes I log my condiments, they need to be accounted for. I just don't always log spices. But ketchup has calories, carbs and salt why not log them?

Marinade chicken breasts in Chiavetta's sauce for about a half hour and then grill, use some of the sauce on it while its grilling for more flavor!! OMG to die for!!!!

Ask a trainer at your gym!! They should be willing to help you out with form, most often they're willing just so you don't hurt yourself. If they feed you a line of crap about paying them or something, find another trainer who works there.

MMmmmm a good diet with carbs to help you burn before your workout and proteins after!! I also use Syntha 6 found at The Vitamin Shoppe post workout and I pop fish oil, Vit D, and a daily multi vitamin.

I've been with a trainer for almost a year and I still ache after every workout!

KEEP GOING!!! And load up on proteins after your workout!!! I have a protein shake with a scoop of glutamine after my workout within a half hour. If your muscles ache because you're working out, then good for you you're doing it right!!!

I use 1 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive oil, 1 TBSP of real lemon juice, a couple, a couple shakes of my thyme seeds (about a 1/2 tsp), and a couple turns of my sea salt & garlic grinder. Shake that up and pour it over some baby arugula, 2 TBSPs of feta cheese, and 5 grape tomatoes...OMG it's so yum!!!
