Awesome. Thanks. So my average daily burn is 2600. I'd be scared to death to eat 2100. My body is not losing at 1800!! But I guess I need to shut up and do it for awhile. What would u recommend ?!! Thanks heybales!

I've been on Paxil and Zoloft and didn't notice any weight changes. Zoloft made me feel too deadened though. I tried Wellbutrin and didn't care for it. I was ... Randy... Lets just say. Heybales- looking at my BMF readings I see that when I'm sleeping I burn around 1 calorie a minute. And that is close to my katch BMR. But during the day when I'm just sitting there it's 1.3 calories per minute. Does that seem like too big a discrepancy? Thank u.

Ok this is all way over my head! I lift an hour a week and do cardio for 5.5 hours a week. I am a stay at home mom so I'm on my feet a fair amount during the day. Any ideas? How accurate do you think Body Medias are?

I'm a 5'3 cluster. My lowest was 122. Got there for a hot second while I was still breastfeeding. Eating around 2000 calories and working out 5-6 days a week an hour at most. Purely cardio. The second I started pushing myself more and running harder I started gaining. Stopped breastfeeding, gained. Etc. I've been around…

I'm curious to hear any answers. I'm in the same boat. According to my BM I should be able to eat 2000 calories and lose a lb a week. I'm eating 1700 and losing nothing! Idk what to do. I guess I'm scared to up the intake!
