I'm 5'3. CW is 135. Lowest weight was 123. I was a 2 at 123. I am a 4 at 135. I have gained a lot of muscle but ideally would like to get back down to 125-130. My body fat is 24%.

This is interesting to me. I just went off Wellbutrin. I feel like it was making me way worse. I have taken both Paxil and Zoloft. I didn't notice any weight gain with either. Zoloft made me feel too numb though. For whatever that's worth!

Thank you everyone !! All the info is correct. I was doing some intervals, I cycle my running. A minute at 5 then 6 then 7. Then steady at 6. The online calculators seem to disagree. When I enter in the info the HRM gave me the calorie burn is higher than the HRM said it was. I'll try again tomorrow and see if it seems the…
