Ah! Yes we all know about this. It's called eat more to weigh less.

So ... To sum up... OP is saying eat the same things everyday and some days eat less. Your body will "think" it's eating the same food? Huh? So if I eat 1600 calories a day of the same food if some days I eat 1500 my body is tricked? My brain is cramping.

PS .. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/heybales This dude is awesome. On his profile page he has links to spreadsheets. They're more accurate for working out TDEE. Because you can enter in workouts more specifically.

I was gonna quit this week but decided not too. I'm just hating seeing the scale increase but also Dont wanna be right back where I started in a few months. Ya know? So I'm gonna eat at TDEE and just take it a week at a time. ???? Is 2300 your TDEE?

Does your fit bit say how many calories you burn? I have a body media I am a stay at home mom also I am 33 and 5'3 and around 145. Ok maybe I can help. Emphasis on maybe. I'm 33. 145 currently and 5'3. When I was at my thinnest I was 125 and doing 30-40 min cardio 5 times a week eating around 2000 calories. Heart rate monitors are not accurate for anything other than workouts. It does sound like you are very active!! I would up calories for sure. Yup! But it goes away. And I don't think it's because of bad choices. At least not in my case. I've been upping 100 a week and eati g just as good as I did before. All the same food except adding in more. Sweet potatoes and beans and avocado. Eating pretty much the same just more! But yeah it's somehow harder to control…
