I am 5'4" and my current weight is 156, I started at 209. I am hoping to get down to about 135ish. I honestly do not ever remember being this small. I am in size 10/12 jeans and a large shirt which is smaller than I was in high school. I don't know how I will look at 135 but that is my goal and I hope to achiveve it soon!

Yes they do, down to the minimum that they would want you to consume a day which is 1200. Every 10 pounds it usually adjusts it, at least it did for me
