This is for everyone to post their starting weights on the 1st of september and their goals for the end of the challenge.

    Is this unrealistic? If so, I would love to loose as much as possible eating and working out healthily... :)

    Since I've lost roughly 34 pounds in 3 monthish... I know I want to lose 30 lbs from Sept 1st to December 31st as I know it's going to be a lot harder to lose weight the smaller I get. We'll see what I weigh in on the first.

    I've been on MFP for a while, but have had trouble staying committed. After weighing in at my highest (and 150 looks heavy on my short 5' 1"), I'm hoping that by making some friends and being accountable for weigh in, I'll be able to stay motivated to get myself to a healthier, feel-better place.

    Glad I could find a group toward the start of its challenge. :)

    I know this might not be realistic but I'd rather aim high and fall a little short- I won't consider it a failure as long as I stay on a losing path :)

    At the moment I am at 209lbs but hopefully I will lose some more over the next few days but my aim is to weight under 175 by the end of the challenge so about around 2lbs a week would be good and hopefully achievable for me :)

    my start weight is going to be a kind guestimate im currently on holiday so im expecting to be up a little by sat but i also currently have the worlds worst scales... so i will update when i have some new shiney lovelys (but that may not be till way into sept :( )

    My goal is 135 -- I got there last winter but this spring/summer has been terrible for me! Too many weddings, birthdays, events, BBQs etc -- I find I am much more diciplined in the fall and winter. So here's to RE losing those 15 lbs!
