Hi, Hubby and I just started TTC last month. Although I am only wanting to loose a few more kgs, I am super focussed on creating a healthy mum to be body. There is a fabulous group here that you could join. We are all very respectful, sympathetic and encouraging. the group is called ttc-for-future-mommies-to-be- just…

I'm super frustrated... all I want to do it go to the gym at the moment and I want to do C25K but I'm psycing myself out (doesn't help that I find running rather tedious) any tips on helping me to focus? I am doing the mini goal thing but find myself thinking "oh, another 30 seconds of running, just hurry up and be over…

I've seen it on TM but the DVD's are Zone 1 or multizone, do you think this will work in NZ being 'multizone'?
-
soooooo many things hahaha but top 3= 1) people counting reps out loud- It makes me loose count in my head 2) That group of 3 guys who are constantly chatting about their work out gear 3) The women who wear G-strings above their pants :explode:

Well done, I am so glad that you got through it! Good luck with week 6. Remember to breathe deep (that helps me with nausea)

Good luck with your repeat kae_blah. I managed day one really easily, so pleased about that. Day 2 today (which is the same :grumble: ) I am tempted to skip ahead a week or two to get to the more challenging parts (I am impatient)... what do you all think?

That's great to hear. I am going to start at week 1 tonight even though last time i started it, I started at week four... but I will just see how i go.
-
Well done you! thank you so much for sharing your experience. I look forward to completing it and sharing my story :)

GO FOR IT!!!! But I would advise eating well and staying hydrated before, during and after your drinking. Don't feel guilty, just make sure you get back on the wagon!
-
I really want to try this! being vegetarian means that I have very limited diet already though, so I am unsure about cutting them out completly, however I am trying to eat less. I wish you well with it.
-
What a funny/mature way of looking at it... I think I fit this category too
-
I like that you have broken it down to mini goals, I'm going to try this too. I have a few family and study things going on this week but.... I will start next week. There I said it, so I guess I need to do it now hahaha
-
I did about 6 weeks worth last year and then I got sick too, I only just got better and then a member of my family died while at the gym... so took a few weeks off because I didn't feel right going back. Next thing I know it was 2 months and I was out of form and it was too hard. I think I might start it again soon :)
-
Well done Alley! I'd hate to think anyone would make jokes about you at all, let alone on MFP. Who are we to judge anyone else ? I wish you well on your journey.
-
don't worry, I say I'm 5ft, but technically 4'11. Congrats on the birth of your bub! I am currently tying to get prego and am terrified of gaining lots of weight, but to see that you have lost so much so quickly gives me hope. Thanks for sharing :)
-
Hi Ladies, I am part of the 5ft club too- good things come in small pakages haha. I am looking to get fit and healthy, loosing weight is a bonus of that. Feel free to add me if you have similar goals. I admit that I still eat junk food and go over my calories, but I log it and I own it!
