  • The snap part will be fine if you get it wet, just towel dry them before you hang it out to dry. I just wash it with whatever laundry detergent I have at the time.

  • I have big boobs too, but it goes below your breasts so they don't get in the way at all haha. I hand wash mine approx every week- 10 days, I would NOT put it in the dishwasher, what the??

  • cliche' I know, but when you think "hmmm I'm hungry" have a glass of water, then if you are still not over it, chew gum... or just listen to your body and eat (something healthy)

  • Only if you let it! I say good on you for all the hard yards you have put in. If you only blow out occasionally then oh well, no one is perfect all the time.

  • Sorry to say (and well done for doing lots of excercise) but you really need to eat your 1200 plus cals from most of your workout so that you come out around 1200 net at the end of the day... just make healthy food choices

  • Yup, I think about it all the time and now I try to think about how I can turn my craving into something healthier and sometimes I put the foods I feel like on my diary before I actually eat them so that I can see what I need to do eat during the rest of the day to keep calories low... or I take it off and don't eat it...…
