my son is also 6 weeks (born sept 19th) im exclusively bfing him while also bfing his older brother and pumping to donate to a baby i town....if you go to cardio exercises you'll find bfing in there ....i aim for between 1800-2200 net cals a day....feel free to add me :) ive got 40lbs to go to get to GW :)

for older babies look in cardiovascular workouts under "breast feeding older baby"....it gives me back about 300 cals a day for 3-5 sessions

thank everyone :) It's true...some days i run my butt off....and other days my butt is glued to the couch so i think keeping it at the level i'm at will even out :)

i'm nursing my 11 week old exclusively and pumping for my 21 month old as well. I selected the third most active activity level and every time i pump i add it into my foods (it creates a negative calorie count) i also find the days i eat my calories bang on i lose the most weight...if i cut back too much i don't lose any…
