  • I've been doing the 30DS for some time now. I only do it 4 times a week tho I feel you muscles needs plenty of rest so inbetween I go for long walks. When adding it to your exercise on MFP put it as circuit training. For my weight I burn 343 calories per session.
  • OH jeez guys what a week I've had!! Started it last Monday with you all then early hours Tuesday morning I woke with a terrible tummy bug.   • I defo wont be falling off this time! :) Between Feb and Aug last year I lost 25lb for my wedding. Day after the wedding the eating started again!! LOL We are off on holiday in Sept so I have 4 month to lose my first target which is 20lb. Hoping to lose 56lbs in total! x
