The salad portion is good (with all the veggies). However, not the turkey. Subway turkey (all their meats - ham,chicken, turkey, etc) is processed. In addition, the sodium on their turkey is ridiculous. So if you are going to eat at subway - stick with the salad minus the turkey.

I enter everything in. Water-fruits-veggies-meals-snacks - everything. In order for you to keep track of your calories - everything should be logged in.

I never heard of that before. I take one day at a time - not one week at a time. So I would go with the daily calories.

It took me about 3 months. I worked out 5 days a week. And watched my calories. As of August 2011 I have lost 51 lbs. Remember the slower you take the weight off, the better chance you will keep it off. Email me if you would like to talk.

Are you counting your carbs? 150g-300g carbs = will make you gain weight 100-150g carbs = will make you maintain wieght 50g-100g Carbs = will make you lose 1-2 lbs a week 50g carbs and under = is just plain unhealthy Email me if you want to talk.

Thanks for the advice Jen. I run a daycare at home - so I constantly with kids (mostly toddlers) and at times when it hits 5 pm - I am ready to stuff my face with irritation. On top of it I have a hormonal teenager that I have to deal with. GRRRRR.
