  • I woke up one day and realized that I wasn't caring for the vessel God gave me, and I feel ashamed. I was given this body to serve him, and at the time I was well over 300lbs. I realized I was no living the quality of life that was healthy for me, and I wanted to play soccer with my girl in the back yard, and chase her…

  • Started at 306 lbs (sz 26/28) Currently 205 (was down to 189 last year.. did some slacking and I am working on it again) However I have successfully kept off over 100 lbs for 2 years. Currently 205 (size 16). Yes, I still have 65lbs to lose to my personal goal - I will get there! ... How? - Got rid of emotional baggage…
  • 5'6" SW (3 years ago this Feb): 306 CW: 195lbs GW: 145lbs I usually eat 1400-1600 calories a day. As I understand you take your current weight x 7 = calories you should eat and still lose weight. I burn apx 1,000 calories a week in working out (usually 20-40 min a day m-f)
  • Watch your sodium and sugar intakes.... not just calories. Sodium can keep the scales from tipping, it has mine in the past.
  • I started at 306.. currently 189. I have my face pic of when I was at my heaviest on my profile (it's actually my d.l. picture - a constant reminder of how far I've come). I just remind myself I didn't put it on in a day, it's not going to come off in a day. I started my journey Feb/2010 .. I am no overnight weight loss…

  • My list: 1. To know I won't be the next health risk in my family. I want to be healthy, to be God's vessel. 2. To know how proud my man, and kiddo will be of me, as I will be of myself, when I cross the line into a "healthy" weight range. 3. To know my health won't hold me back from getting pregnant and having 3-4 more…
  • I couldn't be more happy being a wife and mother. Fulfilling the wifely duties. I want to add 3-4 more children as well to my unit. I love being able to nurture my child, to have the respect I do from my man for holding down the home-front. The thank you I get from my man after dinner, to the hugs and kisses from my…
