Join a running group they are great for support and helping with pace also look for your local parkrun 5 km timed weekly run as this would show you how you are progressing and meet many more local runners

have you tried taking your inhalers before exercise? I know if i don't after 10mins i'll be needing mine, but when i do i can exercise for as long as i want with no problems.

tomatoe and sweet potato soup 1kg sweet pots 1kg toms 2 onions 1litreof veg stock 2 cloves of garlic seasoning soften onions then add washed chopped unpeeled pots toms garlic and stock bring to boil and simmer for 25 mins use a hand blender to blend till smooth lovely and tasty soup
