I have a relatively small frame, and my goal is 120. I was 104 for a while but it was in no way maintainable for me.

Whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter and sliced banana. If I'm feeling like a treat, I'll sprinkle a couple chocolate chips on it.
-
I weigh myself once a day (in the morning, naked, right after "going") but I generally only weigh-in once a week.

I've had MFP for a while, but I wasn't consistent in adding my food and exercising and I gained a lot of weight (pretty quickly too.) I find that making sure I log everything keeps me on track, motivated to eat better and exercise, and holds me more accountable. I haven't lost much weight yet, but the huge improvement in…

Feel free to add me and my husband as well! (poorogue) We're both pretty active on here.

3 pounds.

It has me set at 1,200. I generally stay within that limit and usually eat back some or all of my exercise calories.

My husband. He cheers me on. And my high-energy dogs. I need to be able to get off my butt and get them some exercise.
-
I eat a little too fast, but I'm trying to slow down.

Welcome! I hope you find what you're looking for here! You're welcome to add me if you'd like!

I'm not looking to lose that much (42 lbs) but I can be there for support along the way! Feel free to friend me!

Honestly? Matthew Broderick.

My husband was like that for a while. He would say he wanted to lose weight but didn't eat any better or exercise. Then I joined here and started walking, and he saw how it just improved my mood, not to mention a bit of weight loss. I wrangled him into walking with me after that, got a stationary bike, and he even joined…

I'm 21, 5'4", and 158lbs. I eat 1,200-1,300 calories a day usually and I've been losing about 1.5 pounds a week.

Pet names for anorexia and bulimia.

My husband knows how much I weigh, how much I want to lose, and how much I've lost. He's great for support, so I don't really feel embarrassed letting him know the number.

Navy wife here! Feel free to friend me!

A slice of toast (Orowheat Health Nut bread) and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter.

This has been my biggest problem for sure. I just try to go to bed, even though it usually takes a while. Over time the cravings have lessened and it's been easier to just sleep. If I absolutely must eat something, I just make sure it's as healthy as I can make it.

I don't think much, I usually just listen to music. Sometimes I think "WTF is my dog doing?" because I'm usually walking her.

I added sugar and sodium, because that's where I have the most trouble.
-
Mayonnaise as well. But I switched to the mayo with olive oil and that's helped.
-
I'll send a friend request, if that's okay!
-
I'd like that! I, too, have a lack of friends.

This is exactly what happened to me. 30 pounds in a month, and I'm just now starting to lose some of the weight.

For now it's 120. 5'4" tall.
