60 pounds, but I didn't lose it in a healthy way. Once I started tackling my issues I gained it all back. It's been really tough to handle, but I'm determined to do it right this time and maintain.

I weigh in on Wednesday. I never really thought about why, but I guess it gives me time to recover from bad eating (usually high sodium) that occurs more often on the weekend.

Looks like a little Adipose!

My face. My cheeks start to sink in before I can see a difference anywhere else.

I have behaviors that I'm trying to get over but the biggest one is that foods can't touch on a plate. If I have something runny, it goes in a separate bowl or plate. That's probably something that'll last forever.

Beets, peas, carrots, and this (I think it was) grain-like thing. It sort of looked like corn cut off the cob, and pretty gross. Wish I could remember what it was called. ETA: Oh, and cottage cheese, which is a shame because from what I hear it's pretty good for me.

This.

I weigh-in every Wednesday at about the same time. Once a week works for me. Though I do step on the scale everyday in the morning. I just don't record it every day.

I have two Health-o-Meters (just got a new one) and it, the old one at least, has always been accurate. I think it was about $20 at Walmart.

I use Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Creme and Ultimate Nutrition Prostar Cookies and Cream and I like both of them.

It has calories, carbs, and sugar. I definitely track it. One banana can make a sizable dent in my calories.

Feel free to add me! I always try to be supportive.

Buying my largest pair of pants ever. Having trouble walking around the block and having two high-energy dogs that need time out of the house. Realizing I gained 60 pounds in 8 months. High cholesterol.

Before my husband joined here and started to eat healthier, I'd just make healthy food and he's eat it or make his own. I'm not making two meals. Luckily we don't have kids, so I don't have to worry about picky eaters who can't make their own food. If we did, though, I certainly would not finish their food just because…

I use the Muscle Milk Light after a workout. Doesn't do anything for my energy, but it helps me reach my protein.

Chinese food. I can never cut it out completely so occasionally I indulge.

Well done! You look great!

The other half of my footlong Veggie Delight on wheat from Subway.

Everything.

I always plan my day the night before. I'm having a tilapia fillet, brussel sprouts, and half an avocado with lemon juice squeezed over it.
-
Every morning, right after I use the bathroom. But I only count the weigh-in on Wednesday mornings.

Flavored mineral water is great.

I used to sleep until noon. Lately I've been getting up at 8am at the latest (more like 530-645 lately) and I feel so much better. I have time to have a cup of coffee, breakfast, and watch the news with my husband before he leaves and then I take one of the dogs for a half hour to an hour walk. My days are so much better…

I keep mine open. It helps keep me accountable!

I eat it 99% of the time, even if it's just a piece of fruit. I usually eat it before my morning walk. It took me a bit to get used to eating breakfast (I was never big on it) but now I feel so much better after my morning meal.

Bonnaroo Buzz. Yum!

I get up at 8am everyday (except on the weekends), use the bathroom and weigh myself, and have a cup of coffee or two while I watch the news. Then I have some breakfast, get dressed, and I'm usually feeling good enough to walk the dog for 30-60 minutes. It's a good way to start the day.

My husband and I grew up in Grass Valley, CA! He's stationed in Washington state right now, though. We miss it.

I don't go over very often. I like to plan the next day in advance so I know what to eat and I'm less likely to go over.
