That's great! I'm just getting used to running too, I've never been the type to run haha and I felt so accomplished when I only ran 5 minutes then I eventually started running miles! My next goal is 1.5 miles!! :):)

I tend to binge eat too..usually includes junk food (pizza, chocolate, etc) And I haven't really came out and said it but I make myself throw up directly after eating that just because I feel so bad about myself, I feel pathetic that I can't fight the urge at times to binge.

I love setting a date for me to lose weight by! I find it a way to motivate me.. I do monthly weigh-ins with my trainer and when I workout and eat I always think is what I'm doing going to be helping me reach my goal. Not stress just motivation and determination!

Idk if this will help. Some tips my trainer gave me 1. Make sure you are confusing your body as in don't do the same workout every time and if you're walking the tredmill increase the incline for a few minutes.
