  • i never know wat to do when i go to restaurants... i wanna drink something with my meal and i NEVER know what to order!!! I am sick of just having water and am tired of drinking diet coke as i am getting SICk of the taste.. Juice adds up the calories of my meal so i was wondering what everyone else orders.. Thanks…
  • i know what u mean! lol whenever i am sick or have a tummy ache or whatever.. i really really crave rice! lol i dunno why! maybe cuz carbs are a good source of energy released quickly therefore when we are under the weather we need energy!

  • WELL.. i love these threads cuz i get really good ideas!!! so tonite for dinner i am having: - 1 cup of shredded hash browns - 140 cals - 1 Tilapia filet- 110 - 1 salad with: lettuce, heart of palm, avocado, mushrooms and fat free feta and dressing- 210 Little over 400 cals but hopefully will be delicious! :flowerforyou:

MFP has me as 1700 WITHOUT exercise!!!! its so scary!!! i feel like i am eating a lot and i know everyone says to trust the website but i have gained 4 pounds!!! other than that i am scared that all the weight los work i have done will fade away and i will gain all the weight back…
