i never know wat to do when i go to restaurants... i wanna drink something with my meal and i NEVER know what to order!!! i know what u mean! lol whenever i am sick or have a tummy ache or whatever.. i really really crave rice! lol i dunno why! maybe cuz carbs are a good source of energy released quickly therefore when we are under the weather we need energy!

recently during finals.. i realised that i am NEVER FULL!!!!!! maybe its the stress i duno.. Has any1 else ever experienced this????

WELL.. i love these threads cuz i get really good ideas!!! so tonite for dinner i am having: - 1 cup of shredded hash browns - 140 cals - 1 Tilapia filet- 110 - 1 salad with: lettuce, heart of palm, avocado, mushrooms and fat free feta and dressing- 210 Little over 400 cals but hopefully will be delicious! :flowerforyou:

I upped my calories to maintenance!!! MFP has me as 1700 WITHOUT exercise!!!! its so scary!!! i feel like i am eating a lot and i know everyone says to trust the website but i have gained 4 pounds!!! other than that i am scared that all the weight los work i have done will fade away and i will gain all the weight back…

Yea i am asking the same questions.. i am 5'6 and weigh 130 at 1400 a day.. should i up my cals... cuz since i have upped my cals i have gained weight like 4 pounds...
