I binged!
i have been so good and i just BINGED BIGGGGG time on coffee cake! it tasted good but now i feel awful! i am so upset with myself i feel like i just undermined ALL my effort! can i ever kick this to the curb! i am so upset! :grumble:

SO CONFUSED about calculations!!
i just had a sandwich and it said it had.. 1730kJ which equalled 417kcal... is a kcal the same as a calorie?? i am so confused!! is it like a european thing? i was in london at the time so i dont know.. and on a cereal box it says 417kj... i am so confused!!

i ate 500 cals over today! like actually i am having such a bad day with finals and stuff and didnt go to the gym and now i feel sick! i hate emotional eating :( :grumble:
